We came here today and the food & drinks were amazingly delicious! I liked their interior design, ambience, cleanliness and great attentive customer service. This place was very generous with their portions especially giving us more cartilage & tripe on our Pho (my fave parts!). In my opinion this has the best Hainan Chicken Rice in OC because of how juicy & clean it was and not to mention their additional 3 sauces! Also, I really like how they cooked their Fried Shrimp Wontons, it was crispy from outside with big & juicy steaming hot shrimp inside. I would definitely come back to this place again and I highly recommend to give this place a try!

I've been on a chicken pho kick lately and determined to find a restaurant close by that has simple and tasty chicken pho. Today was my first time getting takeout from this place. After Yelping around, settled on this restaurant because Costco gas was literally right there as well. Ordered three chicken pho (thigh). Packaged to go very nicely. Everything looked fresh. The broth looked clear, the chicken looked tender and cooked perfectly--not over cooked and rubbery. Thighs are definitely my favorite for taste and texture. Also got fresh cooked noodles. Service was great--- ordered online and it was available when it said it would be. Got my guy to pickup for me and he mentioned ambiance of restaurant was bright, clean, and modern. I'll have to check it out and dine in next time. Ok back the pho--- it was tasty! It wasn't overly salty, but still flavorful. Just very simple clean broth. Chicken was seasoned and didn't taste bland. Their dipping sauce was good too! Overall enjoyable bowls of pho!!!

This place gets 5 stars for the flavor of the meals, sauces, drinks, and service. The ambiance was really great. The style of the decor, dope music playlist (modern RnB/hip hop Lofi-esque covers), attentiveness and friendliness of the staff (seemed family owned), and cleanliness was amazing. I had the Hainanese Chicken and the amount of chicken was more than enough for dinner and leftovers for later in the night. The flavor was authentic and reminded me of being a little kid and having it for special occasions. The sauces weren't necessarily needed, but added to the dish and each one tasted homemade. Future husband had one of the pho's and it was good too. The broth was clean, not too heavy, and had nicely balanced flavors. The lychee rose drink was sooooooo delicious. People can go overboard with floral flavors and make things taste like potpourri, but this WAS NOT the case. Perfect blend of sweetness from the lychee with a subtle hint of rose. This was our first trip to Fountain Valley, but if we come visit again, this place will definitely be on the list of places to eat.
